WOOD Magazine documents a span of time spent hiking in a number of places around the United States. The first issue looks at 10 hours in the Golden Gate National Recreational Area outside of San Francisco. Notes and photos based on what the hiker saw and experienced as time passed are included in a final issue that presents an hour by hour account of the time in the woods, along with ecological data on the area.
